INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship internationally. Simply send us an email to hello@crumpetapparel.com advising which items you would like to purchase, and your location, and we will calculate your postage. Once you have been notified of all costs, we can invoice you directly via PayPal.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

Australia Post will leave your item in a safe place if you are not home to receive your package (ie. no signature on delivery required). If you would NOT like your package left, please advise this in your order notes.

Disruptions and delays may occur with the shipping company that are beyond our control, and the timeframes we provide are an estimate . We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping times resulting from the actions of the shipping company. Additionally, delays may occur during times of high demand or holidays.

Crumpet Apparel is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
